Support

October 3, 2026

If something is broken or a lesson is wrong, we want to know. We are a small team and we read everything that comes in.

Write to us

At soporte@unidior.com. We answer within 20 working days at the latest.

So we can help on the first try, tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and add the app version (it is at the bottom of Settings) and your phone model.

I think a lesson is wrong

Send us the name of the lesson and the exercise, and the answer you gave. Right answers are never written by hand: the tooling works them out by running the code, so if something does not add up it is a bug of ours and we want to catch it.

Receipts and invoices

Every purchase of the full plan comes with a receipt by email: the one from the App Store or Google Play if you bought in the app, or the one for the card payment if you bought on bybecode.com. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder; if it is not there either, write to us with your account email and the date of the purchase.

We do not issue tax invoices (Mexican CFDI) or invoices with company details. The receipt is the only proof of purchase.

I want a refund

Purchases made on bybecode.com are not refundable. There are two exceptions: if something failed on our side (a double charge, a plan that was never activated), and if you bought from the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom 14 days ago or less, where the law lets you withdraw. In both cases, write to soporte@unidior.com from your account’s email address. If you bought in the app, the refund is requested from the App Store or Google Play.

I lost my uptime

If you had a hotfix saved, it covers the day you missed and the uptime carries on. If not, it starts from zero: nothing else is lost, not your XP and not your rank.

I changed phones and my progress is gone

For now progress lives on the phone, not in an account, so it does not travel between devices. The sign-in that will sync it is on the way.

The code will not run

Python, JavaScript, and SQL ship inside the app and need no internet. If the editor keeps loading, close the app completely and open it again; if it still happens, write to us with your phone model.
